Important Customer Notice

You are responsible for confirming the exact phone model, the required picture, the fixed 6 × 8 cm photo fridge magnet format, the fixed 58 mm round badge format, quantity, and artwork rights before production begins. Please review your order carefully.

Artwork Rights & Permissions

You must own the rights or have permission to use any images, logos or content you upload. We are not responsible for copyright violations.

Copyright & Content Review

We review all content for appropriateness and may reject or remove material that is offensive, harmful, explicit or infringing.

Proof Approval

Proofs (when provided) must be approved within the stated timeframe to keep your order on schedule. Production begins only after approval.

Colour Variation

Colours may vary slightly from your screen due to printing processes and material differences.

Cropping & Safe Areas

Important text and logos must be within the safe area. We may adjust placement for the best possible result.

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for errors submitted by you, including wrong models, spelling, image quality, or incorrect choices.

Defects or Production Errors

If we make a production error or a defect occurs, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be possible before production starts. Fees may apply depending on timing.

File Privacy

Your files are used only to fulfill your order and are deleted after a period of time unless requested.

Artwork & Approval Expectations

Preferred File Types

JPG, PNG, PDF and SVG are accepted. PDF is best for text and logos.

Use High-Resolution Images

Use images at least 300 DPI at final print size for the sharpest results.

Keep Text Inside Safe Areas

Keep all text, logos and important details inside the safe area to avoid trimming.
