If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to make the change.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, many of our products are packaged in elegant, ready-to-gift packaging, especially those in the electronics and home essentials categories.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS, so you can easily track your package online through the courier’s website.
