Shipping times vary based on your location. However, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. For more specific delivery times, please refer to the shipping section at checkout.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to make the change.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, many of our products are packaged in elegant, ready-to-gift packaging, especially those in the electronics and home essentials categories.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS, so you can easily track your package online through the courier’s website.

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery only. In case of a return or exchange request, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
