Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery only. Unfortunately, any request made after 7 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Charges

For any return or exchange request, all shipping charges must be paid by the customer. This includes the cost of returning the item and, where applicable, the cost of sending the exchanged item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or as per our store policy. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used, damaged, or washed items
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items, unless received damaged or defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Exchange Approval

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or process a refund, depending on the situation.
