Curious Deals specializes in liquidation, overstock, shelf-pull, and clearance products. Due to the nature of our business:

  • Product quantities are limited.

  • Items may not be restocked once sold out.

  • Packaging may show minor wear.

  • Some products may be open-box or non-sealed unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices without notice.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized or illegal transaction

  • Incorrect pricing or stock errors

  • Bulk purchasing for resale without approval

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers must ensure correct shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of liquidation and clearance inventory:

  • All sales may be final unless otherwise specified.

  • Returns may be accepted only for defective or damaged items.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated, products sold by Curious Deals are:

  • Sold “as-is”

  • Without manufacturer warranty (unless provided by brand directly)

We do not guarantee that product quality will meet individual expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Curious Deals shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Damages arising from misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
