Where We Ship
Curious Deals ships within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or internationally at this time.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight and delivery province.

Free Shipping
All orders of $75 or more (before tax) ship free anywhere in Canada.

Delivery Times

  • Ontario: 1–3 business days after shipping
  • Rest of Canada: 2–7 business days after shipping
  • Remote and northern areas (including NT, NU, YT): may take longer

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how we handle replacements. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days and we will help you open a claim with the courier.
